Delete your Infitnite account.

Account deletion is performed inside the app. For security, we ask you to re-authenticate with Apple or Google before the request is confirmed — so this can't be done from the web on your behalf. The steps below take about thirty seconds. If you have an active paid subscription, deletion is scheduled with a 14-day cancellation window (see below); free accounts are deleted right away.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Infitnite and sign in.

    Launch the app on the device where you're signed in with the Apple or Google account you want to remove.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Account.

    Open Settings, then go to Settings › Account and scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom.

  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

    In the confirmation dialog, type DELETE and tap Confirm Delete. You'll be prompted to re-authenticate with Apple or Google to verify it's you.

    What happens next For a free account, deletion runs immediately — profile, avatar, progress, and social connections are erased and your username is released. For an account with an active paid subscription, deletion is scheduled after a 14-day cancellation window; you can undo it any time before then by signing back in. Once the window ends, the erasure is permanent and cannot be undone.

If you have a paid subscription

Your store subscription is separate from your account. Deleting your Infitnite account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription — we have no way to cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Apple or Google will keep billing you until you cancel it yourself in your store account settings. Cancel the subscription there first, then delete your account.

14-day cancellation window. When a subscribed account requests deletion, it is scheduled for permanent deletion after 14 days instead of being removed right away. You can cancel the pending deletion at any point during those 14 days by simply signing back in. If you take no action, the account and all associated data are permanently deleted when the window ends.

Lost access to the app?

If you can't open Infitnite — for example because you've lost the device or uninstalled the app — email us from the address tied to your Apple or Google sign-in. We'll verify your identity and execute the deletion on your behalf.
